With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.
November 16, 2009 - 6:00 p.m. I was going to say that I'm done with my procrastinating but the thing is that I'm not. There's always more to put off. Procrastinating is a grueling hobby not taken up by the faint of heart. It requires dedication. I'm a total natural. I totally lost track of what I was doing. I forgot I started this. Now I'm back. I'll make things easy on myself and start with some pictures. First here's photos from the Red Molly/Joe Crookston show at The Outpost in the Burbs. Joe Crookston and Peter Glanville
Here is Abbie Gardner at the Postcrypt. Last night I watched the new Prisoner on AMC. I usually avoid remakes and don't like the ones I see. Ian McKellen as Number 2, raised my hopes. Watching the show dashed them. What really bugs me is not that it wasn't good, I'm sure they tried their best, that was artistic failure, not something to get mad at. What gets me mad is that it wasn't the same story as the original. They changed everything. They should have just made an original mini-series without any references to the Prisoner. The use of the name The Prisoner was a deliberate fraud. The Prisoner is one of my iconic shows. I take it personally. None of this is what I planned on writing today. I guess that leaves me something to write about tomorrow.
