I kept pretty busy today. In the afternoon I went to lunch at with my mother at Ben�s then we went to see Meet the Fokkers. My mother really wanted to see it, I didn�t. I was right, my mother agreed that it wasn�t good. Dustin Hoffman provided what little life the film had.
Tonight I went to the Knick game, it was there best game of the season. I won�t be at all cynical, the beat a good team, the Minnesota Timberwolves, handily. I was actually impressed. I also won my game with Alan, the score is now 4 � 2.
I got to read only 44 pages of Prince Caspian which isn�t enough. Tomorrow I�m playing bridge all day and won�t be able to read till I get home. I�ll see how much I can squeeze in tonight and tomorrow night. I�d sort of like to average reading a Narnia book a day till I finish the series.
I haven�t mentioned it but New Year�s Eve is rapidly creeping up on me. NYE is not a holiday I so much celebrate as survive. It many ways it is even worse than Valentine�s Day. This year it will be me, Doctor Who, and the Chronicles of Narnia. I�ll lose myself in places beyond the reach of time.
