With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.
August 09, 2007 - 8:57 a.m. I just have time for a quickie update. I'm in the middle of a Mets vs Braves night/day doubleheader. I was at last night's game and I'm going to today's game at Noon. Larry and I don't have tickets so we have to go really early to get them. I didn't have time to upload any more FRFF pics. I got home late last night. When I got back from the game my car wouldn't start. I thought I left the lights on but now I'm not sure. I called AAA and it took them over an hour to arrive. Then after the boost the car stalled right out. The car needs an alternator and battery. This is costing major bucks. I'm not happy about that. I bet you guessed that. At least the Met game was great. El Duque had a no hitter for three innings and looked dominating. The Mets could only manage one run. Then the Braves broke through and took a 3-1 lead. The Mets grabbed the lead back in the bottom of the eight. In the top of the ninth the Mets' usually dominate closer loaded the bases with none out. He then got the next batter to ground out to Wright at third who threw the runner out at home. The next batter hit into a double play and the Mets won! Have I mentioned that baseball is great? I had planned an in praise of baseball entry. This will have to do for now. There will be more Falcon Ridge photos up by tomorrow. Oh yes. I keep forgetting to mention this. On Monday I looked in my mailbox and found my birthday present from Jena, a Robert E. Howard t-shirt. So I have a question. Do any of you other than Jena know who Robert E. Howard is? The Batnoses are in First Place by 5 points!
